The worst bus service to ever exist, it's frustrating!

Bus does not deserve even a single star. The bus was meant to leave at 7:00pm but it only arrived at 8:45 to depart at 21:15. The whole time you are standing on the line waiting coz theres no clear communication. When it arrived at Kokstad they said other bus drivers from there took the keys so the bus can't move until they bring them back,i mean really? When has that ever happened? Passengers had to stay in the bus and there was no communication coz the other bus driver was sleeping, called the office at 9:30am and they say "management knows about the situation and they are trying to fix it" does this not sound like an excuse we've heard before? Especially from them😏...THIS IS THE WORST BUS TO EVER EXIST and im saying this because It's the second time this happens. I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!
