The poorest busline ive been in

i made a booking from jhb to dbn. drivers can't communicate properly which bus i must board. non of the busses there were going to dbn. Had to jump off in heidelberg and wait 2 hours.. Im disgusted. Was not the first time. They don't even return your email.
