The driver of the Eagle Liner bus from Ezakheni Depot to Johannesburg Park Station on 01.01.2018 was extremely rude, inconsiderate and a **********. He did not stop at the bus stop to collect passengers and we had to run after the bus screaming for it to stop. Upon embarking he rudely said we are suppose to indicate to him that we need a ride as he can not smell it. He did the same thing again at the next bus stop where a lady with a new born and couple of hand luggage(about 3 to 4 bags). He had to stop and reverse for the lady and she was also told the same thing "you must stop the bus cause I cannot smell that you need a ride". He did not even help her with the bags nor wait for her seat down before driving off. At next stop (Iling Road), last stop before departure he refused to open the luggage compartment situated on the outside of the bus, passengers had to figure it out by themselves. He then stood in the middle of the bus telling everyone how they should indicate to the bus driver that they need a ride because he will not waist his time and stop for nothing. Totally disrespectful!! As if that was not enough, the bus was filthy, some seats broken, riddled with vomit smell and had terrible screeching sound (like when the breaks are finished)when breaks were app****. Life threatening and totally unacceptable!!
