terrible service from eagle liner bus services

Firstly I only gave 1 * because I can't give a minus 10*. Eagle liner bus services it's the worst bus company that I ever came across, terrible customer service, very rude, my story: Bought a bus ticket from Plett to Cape town to depart at 23:40, guess what? There is no bus at this time, but they sold the ticket, but no bus!!! Phone customer service, they told, " you can get a refund"I asked, how? They answered: you go to Cape town office! But I am stranded in Plett now, how do I suppose to get to Cape town?, I asked, they told me : make your own arrangements!, Now because of that, 8 lost my job as I had a very important meeting that I couldn't miss not reschedule. Do yourself s huge favour, never, never, and I mean, NEVER used this bus company, ever, they will mess you around. Terrible service!! At least they could phone warning you in advance that there was no frick'n bus that would stop in Plett at that time... But they sold the ticket.
