Terrible Service

My mom, sister, 6 year old and 2 year old niece were suppose to travel from Aliwal North to Johannesburg yesterday at 22:05, the bus was no show, When i tried calling them to find out i was told they were suppose to take the Citiline bus instead of Eagle Liner because they decided to change bus. Of course we were not informed of these. What ****es me off about the whole thing is we from Burgersdorp which is 57,7 Km from Aliwal north for us to get to Aliwal North around the time buses leave we need to hire a special transport which charges more than taxi because it travels after taxi working hours. I was told to inform them to go back home and they will be re booked for tomorrow. How are they suppose to go back home at 11:50 PM??? Now two women and kids are stranded, all alone and with the gender based violence crisis going on in these Country Eagle Liner seem not to care.
