Terrible service ever

Your service people is terribly deteriorating, I plea to you Eagleliner team to stop misleading people on the times your buses fetch people from the stations. <br> I bought a ticket for 20:15 bus but to my terrible surprise when I arrived at Bosman station on the promised time, I got a bus there and I assumed my journey had started. This all went wrong after I was told that the bus that was at the station by 20:15 was suppose to have fetched people at 16:30<br> Is this the way you people treat your clients who are spending their hard earned cash to make your business a success??<br> Remember Eagleliner is not the only bus that offers transport services, please fix this false misleading business culture ?that is growing within your operational perimeters otherwise as a customer I will personally put this to the exposure of the media. <br> Last time when I travelled with your bus the bus driver was busy on his cell driving through mountainous dangerous curved road. People are paying money for riding your buses please fix this ******* before its too late?. <br>
