Terrible service

Terrible service,.... On 22-12-2021, we had to bored the bus , eagle liner from Jhb to P.e and to our surprise the bus was delayed by 10 hours. Departure time was for 19:00 but we only departed @ 04 : 00 the following day. Today we had to go back to Jhb wit the same services and the bus didn't want to wait 10 seconds. I arrived at P.e station to board and actually hooted for the driver , but he blatantly ignored me.. very disappointed.. Wouldn't advise anyone to use their services
