Terrible customer service, disorganized, not professional.

I am using this bus for the first time, the service is terrible. I was supposed to board by 19:15 from Johannesburg to Cape Town. I am still at parkstation in Johannesburg and time is 20:17. They're not organized, not updating customers, when they do is just for few people. I want to urge travellers to stay away from this bus.
