Terrible Customer Service Consultant

Thobile must be the most *********** and useless customer servie agent in the whole of South Africa. A simple redirect of a ticket more than 3 hours before the departure caused her so much confusion she decided to cut me off 4 times in a row. Seriously thinking of claiming my airtime back from this company due to her terrible service
