Terrible bus service

I don't understand why this bus company is still operating. My son booked on 13 June 2023 14hoo a bus from Bellville to Swellendam leaving He got a call the bus was canceled and he was moved to a bus leaving 18hoo. Around 21hoo the bus broke down in Robinson the mechanic arrived around 11hoo. So called "fix" the bus just to broke down again. As I'm writing this review it's 7h15 the next day they are still standing. The operational manager, Luis promised at 5am there is a bus on its way in Robinson which still didn't arrived. He can't track where is the so called bus. There is mother's with children, babies on the bus that needs to be fed. The bus drivers are sitting in the mechanic bakkie behind the bus not a care about the customers.
