Terrible and appalling service.

We are currently involved in a head on collision. The bus was an hour late due to faulty brakes. It was supposed to arrive at 22:45....it arrived an hour late. No apologies or explanations to us. Within 15 minutes after boarding the bus from Bloemfontein...on our way to King Williams Town...we were involved in a head on collision. We're currently standing in the cold without any provision or care. This is the worst experience of my life. No one is attending to us. FY98SYGP. That's the registration number of the bus.
