Taxis deserve a break.. most pathetic provider is Eagle Liner

Eagle liner Buss Service.. most pathetic experience ever ever .. booked a ticket from Welkom to JHB. Buss was supposed to depart at 00:40 it is 02:49 and no bus as yet. The worst part is calling back their call center and being told that we are trying to get hold of the driver and he’s not picking up his phone ... what happened to the satellite tacking they have ??? This is worst than the taxi industry which is deemed to be so unprofessional , and after this experience I give the taxi services a 10/10 rating.

A simple Sms would have made a difference.

I guess this is the price we pay for compromising on cost and you will get this kind of service .
