Stranded on the side of the road for 7 hours and counting.

Been stuck 60km outside of Bloem on the way to Cofimvaba....driver is very inefficient....call centres are useless....no curtousy bus has been dispatched...Zero communication from the bus line. We are running out of water and food...the situation is getting dire!!! Send help please!!!!! This situation is infringing on our rights...our families are stressed. There is no sign of relief. The driver can't give us any information. This is inhumane. Please send help
