****** LUGGAGE BY EAGLE LINER STAFF

My sister was returning to Zimbabwe after having been here for a 3 day shopping trip on the 5th of May 2016. At Park Station the Eagle Liner conductors weighed her bags and put stickers on them and told her they would load them to proceed to the bus. When she got to the border, her bags and one other passengers were not on the bus. Calls to the Eagle Liner headoffice were fruitless as they kept saying they will look for them. I went to their head office and met with Dikgeledi who was not helpful at all as she promised to look for them and call, not once did she call me back. Now it is 2 weeks later and the bags have not been found. What they dont understand is when someone comes here to shop, its months of saving for it and its time taken off work and to just lose it all and to get no compassion or response from the people involved.

She always uses Eagle Liner buses for some reason as obvious as it is that their service is terrible. No response from management just means that they are just a bunch of ggons as well who know and dont care that their staff ***** from people.

Very frustrated and disappointed
