SP Mlilo, angry and disapponted passenger

This bus does not deserve even a star. Horrible experience encounterred. Bus left Bellville CAPE TOWN on Monday evening 05 Jan 2026 to arrive in Midrand, JHB on Tuesday 6th Jan at 12H30. Horror bus...there was confusion right frim start, drivers did not know where to load luggage, we get inside the bus is dirty and snelks like a sewer, the toilet unclean and stinking, overboard the fone chargers not working with water leaking onto passengers. On way we had unnecessary unexplained stips as the drivers never communicated. We had to ask for aircon as it was so hot and stiffling inside, then at Bloem some passengers were asked to join the other bus that was taking them to Bloem and Welkom stations. We get to an Engen garage in Bloem and waited for almost an hour as the drivers awaited for authorisation to refil... OMW....they had run out of diesel. Finally we take off and where to? Welkom...no explanation but we had oassengers still in for Welkom. Tickets clearly stated Bellvile, Bloem, Midrand and Pretoria. We are already around 12 midday, we get to JHB the drive bypasses Park Stn and drives to Germiston to drop off 1 passenger,back to Park Stn we drop off some passengers, its now around 3pm again we drive back to Germiston to drop off abother passenger and then we get dropped off at 16H23 at Big Ben Engen in Midrand. POOR SERVICE, POOR CUSTOMER CARE, POOR COMMUNICATION, WORST BUS TRAVEK EVER. DRIVERS RUDE AND NOT COMMUNICATING AT ALL, WE MIGHT AS WELL HAVE BEEN DRIVEN BY ROBOTS 🤬. AM DISAPPOINTED, APPALLED AND AND ANGRY. EAGLE LINER MANAGEMENT NEED TO LOOK INTO THIS INCIDENT AND CORRECT THEIR MISTAKES OR SIMPLY TAKE THEIR BUSES OFF THE ROAD. FALSE ADVERTISING, BAD BAD COACHES.
