Safety Hazard - Eagle Liner

Please do not use this service, no regard for passengers safety and no customer skills. Bus was late one hour late from PE to CPT, passengers were pushing, bus dirty, no covid protocols in place and overloaded. I climbed off the bus after checking in, I was refused my refund, stating that the service was not cancelled. The service was a complete safety hazard! Called that evening, promised a call back the next day y a lady, did not happen, called them instead, the lady that answered was unprofessional and insisted there was no bus from PE to CPT for that day.
