Rude ****s

*****s, Worst Service Ever. My aunt and his brother booked at Capricorn Shoprite on Saturday the 3rd September 2022 to travel from Cape Town to Butterworth on Sunday the 4th @17:45. On checking in we were asked what's inside the wrapped cooler bag that we were carrying. We told them it's frozen chicken. The guy had guts to tell us it's not allowed in the bus unless we bribe him. We went to the front desk asking where is that written on the terms and conditions, they phoned customer care and were told it's not allowed. We asked for the refund so that we can book another bus where it's allowed we were told we must cancel 6hours before the travel time. Who's fault was that? Now we were forced to leave the chicken behind whereas the main purpose of travelling, was to go a perform a ritual with that chicken in Butterworth. I'm really disappointed with their service. I then went to the front window again to ask if they can call customer service again so I can ask them the way forward because it was not an option to leave the main purpose of traveling behind and since on terms and conditions there is nothing that states that the goods are not allowed in the bus. The lady just ignored me telling me I should use my airtime and phone to make that call then ignored me after that.
