Rude driver- unprofessional- i need my refund! -

If i could give zero stars i would!

Absolutely disgusting, i have wrote to cs service and the WhatsApp channel and i was ignored.

busbud. Not only was the bus 1 hour late, the bus driver and conductor was very rude and showed lack of professionalism!.

The conductor had a back and fourth with myself and while i pose no harm as a lady boarding the bus he instructed the driver to close the bus doors and they drove off. I am extremely saddened and disappointed, at a company at fault , there was no apology but a rude exchange and then they proceeded to leave me at the bus station at 20:01 an hour later then the designated time.

I expect Eagleliner to take extreme measures, where my safety was jeopardised and money and time wasted. Emotionally i was abused by your conductor and disrespected by the company as a whole.

I expect a full refund, i hope to never experience your services again.
