Rude client service by bus company

Bad experience I had with the bus driver,and the consultant that work at Pietermaritzburg, were rued towards me and my friend,all because we didn't speak zulu.we were left by the bus at Pietermaritzburg, while we were waiting for other clients to be checked in.we boarded the bus at durban.we tried calling costumer service,and the consultant ended the on us.
