Rude bus driver

I was in cofimvaba bus station on the 9/125 waiting for bus that was gonna be for 4:35 then while I was still waiting for the bus the other one arrived Around about 4:10 so I went to the driver to ask if can I catch the one that arrived earlier or I should wait for the one of 14:35..the guy was so rude he was so irritated telling me that there is no such bus for 4:35 the only bus he knows is for 15 min before 5oclock and shouting saying take your bags and get in the bus and stop asking me things that I dnt understand then I went fetch my bags and get in the bus before getting in I showed him my ticket and asked him isn't what I was asking you written on the ticket and I said to him can you please learn to speak with passengers plz .that's when he started shouting again telling me to take my bags and get off the bus and I did that mind you he is shouting me Infront of your passengers he told me that I'm stupid and disrespectfully telling me that even in Dec when I was going to Eastern cape I had issues with him and that was all lies I never saw him when I was going to Eastern cape so that told me that he always have issues with passengers he shouted up untill the other driver came and ask what's happening and I explained to the guy and the guy said I must take my bags and get in the bus ..it's a pity that I dnt know his name but he is speaking xhosa that guy is rude and I always use eagle liner for my long distance trips but as from that day I will never again .there way he was shouting me it's like he is the one who paid for me I cnt be shouted by the old man like that in front of so many passengers ..I think he needs training that will be for the company to not loose passengers
