Rude and inconsiderate drivers and cashiers

Yesternight my mom bought a ticket for an eagle liner bus. This was Monday, 13 June 2022 ,20h45. Firstly The bus came late and When it was time for my mom to enter the bus they denied her to enter with her two luggage bags and they wanted her to take out money for the luggage, mind you the luggage wasn't a lot just two bags with her clothes. The driver(hes slim, tall, young man that has no manners and was wearing a barret)my mom could get his name. He was very rude and he swore at my mom, not only did he swear at her but he left her there, stranded at night ! A whole 55 year old female they left her there. The driver works with a lady called Bianca (she's light skinned and slim she works at ticket sales Pietermaritzburg Durban shop 2 McDonald's centre). They both take bribe from customers. Don't ever consider traveling with them ! Save yourself!
