****roaches in the Eagle liner bus

On the 8th of September at 18:45 I boarderd on one the Eagle liner buses to Matatiele in Midrand .When we arrived in Johannesburg Park Station round about 19:25pm we were requested to change into another bus .It was dark and I didn’t pay much attention to the state in which the bus was in ,at about 21:00h we stoped at the garage somewhere on the N3 and the lights went on ,I could not believe what I saw ,there were ****roaches everywhere,on the seats ,windows ,floor everywhere.I could not eat nor sleep the curtains were dirty ,the sits ,the floor everything was filthy .I was tired and hungry but couldn’t not eat nor drink water because of the disgust that I expirience of ****roaches .My trip was very unpleasant ,I took pictures and DMed them on Twitter on their official page and all I received was a response of “The issue will be revered to the responsible department “ .I traveled 880km without sleeping ,eating or drinking water inside the bus because of the ****roaches ,I was scared that they would climb inside my bag or on top of me if I dare closed my eyes ,I cried ,I could not believe what I was seeing .I am not the neatest of people but I hate ****roaches with all my heart .

I will never again take this bus even if it’s the last one on earth ,I did not even receive an apology from them wow!!

The unprofessionalism of this Company Eagle liner doesn’t even allow them to contact their dissatisfied customers and atleast offer an apology for creating a traumatic expirience for them .Imagine being in a bus full of ****roaches and you can’t sleep nor drink water because of their smell and filth .From now on I will stick to Translux,Grehound and Inter Cape because of their professionalism ✌????
