****roaches and filth

I was meant to take the bus from East London to PE only to be informed that we are going to King William's Town and have to get another bus there. The arrived over an hour Late and is absolutely filthy. Nests of ****roaches in the chairs and gunk. I feel dirty and will never suggests this Liner to anyone.
