rfund from eagle liner

I bought a return bus ticket from Plettenberg Bay to Cape Town, the problem is there was no such bus!!!, So I requested a refund from customer service, affter several phone calls and emails, they are keeping saying the the refund will be done, "this morning", then "will be done tomorrow" and so on, up to now I haven't heard from them, even though I have sent a numerous emails requesting the refund to no avail, I start to think that this company is a **** as no communication or any action has been done on their side, come on, I paid cash for the tickets, now I can't get my money back!! Terrible customer service!!! I don't recomend this company to any one that is thinking in take a bus trip to anywhere as you will regret and above it all, you will not get your money back from them!.
