Request for refund

On the 26th i booked tickets from cape town to Bloemfontein , when im about to get a bus , that's where they telling me the is no bus for that time a booked tickeck for , I was inconvenience because i booked according my plans and reach my destinations with particular time.

Then i cancel my tickets with is total amount of R3200 till today they never refund those tickets , im in the duckness without any thing from this people
