Refused to Refund for the buss ticket

In 28 October 2023 we book the buss on line for 10pm from Pretoria to durban. At 12:30 on the 28 October 2023 I got a message from buss company said the buss will leave at 20h 45 and we rep**** to them them that time is too early.We requested to times to to take one for following morning they we need to pay R44 to change and paid that amount after that they never come back to us until following day Following day we went to bus offices as early 07h00 so to get the first bus at 8h30 but the lady who was there said want talk to her superiors to give her power to do that but she tried with no lucky and about four busses left while trying to solve the problem At 3pm we ask for refund so that we can onother transport they said they cannot give refund now we can get after two weeks

When went to them for my refund they said the are not going to give R440 the money we payed for the bus they will only give refund for R88 that we pay to change the the times
