Refuse to refund

Your service is filthy 😔 I booked a ticket in July for my kids but then 2 tickets were purchased instead of 1.I immediately sent an email for refund . They wanted prove of purchase together with my banking details. I was promised they will refund within 7 to 15 working days . Up until now I haven't received my money. These people are ****mers.
