Refuse to refund

I was supposed to go and visit my mom on the 1 St of October. I paid my and my boyfriend's tickets the last day of September but my mother cancelled on me the night before we were supposed to go. Now I'm struggling to get the R950 I paid for the bus tickets back. This is terrible service. I didn't even use the bus.
