Refunds

Service is horrible. I am very disappointed. It has been two months now still I haven't received my refund for return tickets that I cancelled. I was told on the 4th of January 2024 that I will receive my refund within 15-20 working days after submitting my banking details. Firstly they refused my Nedbank account they said I must give them another account apart from Nedbank I then gave them my Capitec account. Today's the 18th of March 2024 still nothing. Customer service is terrible their email address is not even working, lines are suddenly very bad when you call the only thing you can hear is irritating high pitch sounds quite sure it's intentional on WhatsApp they blue tick you. I'm very frustrated
