Refund of cancelled trip

I have requested cancellation of my Sons bus ticket two weeks prior to departure and my trip two days prior to return. The agents confirmed that all is in due time and that a R50 admin charge will be , and i will get my refund with 15 working day.it is now 2 and half months and I still have not received my refund , nor can I communicate with a human
