REFUND NOT PAID AFTER A MONTH

Cancelled 2 bus tickets on the 11.02.2022 refund was promised within 10 working days on the 22nd working day 15.03.2022 I call to find out about my money the consult took my details said he will call and update me during the day which he didnt. today i called again 16.03.2022 and I am being told by a consultant that the problem was handed over to the finance team it is out of their hands and they will make the payment but he does not know when.I WANT MY MONEY
