Refund

I cancelled ticket on 12 June 2022 and since then I did not get refund. I tried to follow up using their whatsapp number and there's been different stories every day. When I was doing cancelation I was told reversal will be done after 15 working day. Eventually I was told that payment has been processed on the 06 Aug 2022 but I never received that money. I was advised to send bank statement as proof but since then, when I ask no one is responding on whatsapp but my massages are read. In other words they ignoring me. Their service is very, very bad.
