Refund

On the 8th of July I booked a bus to Warrenton from Pretoria and I cancelled it, I phone intercity to cancelled and it was cancelled. my banking details were taken for a refund which was said to take 21 days which has passed cause is the 5th today and am still waiting. Their WhatsApp number doesn't help you leave messages no to respond at all. Can inter city please up their customers service cause is bad bad
