Refund

Worst service ever ,I booked a ticket on the 2nd of April 2025 and I didn't recieve the ticket ,when I called customer service the following day they said my mone timed out and didn't reflect on their side but it never bounced back into my account .I called several time regarding the issue they even took my card details saying they'll refund me but it's now the 1st of September and I haven't gotten it . I'm soo disappointed it got a point where they even stopped taking my calls ,never responded to my emails and they ignored me on WhatsApp
