Recommendation for Phumelele Sibiya

I am writing this review to acknowledge, commend and want to thank the lady who assisted us when we had problems in a bus this morning that was destined for Johannesburg. The lady's name is Phumelele Sibiya and she went an extra mile by moving our bags and ensured that we were safe when the fire in the bus erupted and cause panic and stress among ourselves and there was chaos in the bus. Beside the fact she was also on the bus travelling to Johannesburg and was also affected by what was happening, she went an extra mile then anyone else and made sure everyone is safe and made us all to feel calm and relaxed on what could have resulted in danger.

As much as we were faced with the inconvenience at the time, should she not have assisted us and comforted us the way she did. I would have been writing a negative review on the bus service especially with the breaking down of the bus twice and resulting in us arriving late and even cancelling important meetings we had to attend.

Therefore I would like to commend her for representing the company well and and i am sure i could have been writing a negative and scathing attack on to Eagle-liner and complain of poor service.
