Problem with dates

We bought tickets to Durban & from Durban for the 10th of September 2026 coming back on the 13th of September 2026 at shoprite Instead they return ticket was for the 13th of October 2026. When we showed them tickets that its for the September they said we had to pay extra R60 and tickets said its R280 and we bought them for R300. Because they say its not their problem its shoprite's problem yet its their service provider not ours. I need my refund back
