Poorest service ever

Eagle Liner has got to be the worst bus liner in SA. This is my third time using their services. The first time we arrived late, the second time I was overcharged by their agent because he wanted pocket money and we arrived late again. Today is my third time and yepp still late. The reason people book the 7am Eagle Liner bus is because it's the earliest and they have deadlines to meet. The bus should have arrived by 14:55 but it's 16:00 and we're still en route. Passengers are frustrated beyond belief. The bus drivers stop at Heidelberg and swap passengers. This can take up to an hour sometimes. Never again. I'll rather book later buses (not Eagle Liner) at least I know I'll arrive on time.
