Poor Service/Lost Luggage

I lost my bag in the bus about 6 months ago now and i am in KZN n most of the time they ignore my calls if i say i want to speak to the manager and they Will say she's out or not in today for six months imagine than few weeks ago i went to their head office in JHB i spoke to that lady named Dikeledi and she said she is going to assist but being assisted by her was the worst idea because she can't even answer my calls anymore and i am here wondering why are these people making as if its my fault that i lost my bag but i keep begging them to talk to me i can say , i have never had such bad experience travelling and i will even tell people i know to not use eagle liner buses ever again because their service its very poor ..
