Poor Service - PLEASE DON’T BOOK THEIR SERVICES

We bought a ticket showing that the departure time is 17:45 we arrived there around 17:40 and the bus did not pitch

I called them and the line were not answered. When i went to ask for my refund they said the bus left 17:50 yet I was there until 19:30 thinking they are late

Luckily I have a tracker on my car that shows what time I arrived at the station, still haven’t received my refund.
