Poor service from eagle liner bus services

I bought 2 tickets to Durban yesterday,the bus was supposed to leave at 8:30pm today and it hasn't arrived yet,we been waiting since 19:00pm at Germiston station till now no response from the service provider,there are some of passengers traveling with kids ages from 2 to 9 years, everyone is waiting outside on the street,their service is uncalled-for,they don't respect thier customers,how can they leave us stranded like this in the night without communication from them,so wish that their bus service be removed from all the routes with immediate effect as they don't respect us as Thier customers,and no communication, luck of customers service poor service,worse now they don't pick up thier calls,we been neglected in the dark this night without communication,hope this seculate in all social media platforms everyone sees how bad thier service is to cust
