Poor service from Eagle Liner Bus

I had an unpleasant journey with Eagle Liner Bus on 20th September 2019 when I had to travel in the evening to Umzimkhulu. I ended up arriving at Kokstad unplanned, the bus driver made a statement just when we were boarding the Bus saying passengers going to Umzimkhulu will have to get off at Kokstad as he is no longer going to via Umzimkhulu as expected due to the fear of Taxi drivers unrest in Umzimkhulu. My frustration was that why were we not informed about the change of the route while making bookings so that we have a choice of proceeding with bookings or coming up with an alternative way. It became a wasteful expenditure for me having to travel back to my destination from Kokstad with money I did not budget for. It was also surprising for me when the driver pulled over the bus telling us to go out in the open space and pee, in my knowledge the bus stops in certain gas stations for people to refresh.
