POOR SERVICE FROM EAGLE Liner

I recommend nobody to use Eagle Liner Bus, due to bad service that they provide to customers. The worse part they don't even apologize about the delay. The arrival time was scheduled for 22h15 at Harrismith Montrose Shell from JHB and the Bus was supposed to depart at 18h30 but they couldn't due to unforseen reasons and tell me for someone who booked the Bus from Harrismith to Cape Town via Bloemfontein and the Eagle Liner does this, How am I going to reach Cape Town because the Bus departed around 22h30? This is totally nonsense and poor service. Will eagle Liner be able to fund a new ticket to Cape Town from Harrismith Montrose Shell?? If not why?? Ticket *** and Remote ***. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE EAGLE LINER UNLESS YOU ARE 5 HOURS EARLY
