Poor service

On the 22nd Dec took bus from Johannesburg to durban.. I bought eagleliner bus but a bus called Kalamazoo pitched up Late. No covid 19 regulations observed The bus had no sanitizer bus driver and conducted didn't have their masks on To top it all. It started raining inside the bus. I literally had to share a sit with my children becouse they were wet inside a bus. When I spoke to the driver to assist he said I should call the customer care line that was never answered till today..I have pictures and videos of the rain licking inside a bus
