Poor Service Below Zero

Ellix***6 Eağle Liner Bus Departing at Bosman Station 17h00 My kids are on a bus from Bosman to Port Elizabeth.They were changed to another Star Bus at Park Station . That new bus is extremely full they are standing and my question is for how long as eastern cape is 16 to 17 hours .They paid full price we bought 6 tickets for them.How about hygiene and heat on that bus.These are people not cabbages. This is intorealable we have a younger child of 6 years in that bus. How will he survive. I will inform even traffic officers on that route cause this is overload with the rate of accidents during this season you are being reckless.
