Poor service and customer negligence

The worst nightmare. I am telling them my mum had an accident with your bus and they don't know. Tried to find information, ambulance came to pick up my mum to Tswane District Hospital , they don't know. Tried to explain you are attended with a ride, inefficient clerk. I am so disappointed. "What do you want me to do l am just alone!" This is the worst service l have had in my lifetime. A combination of poor service and unprofessional employees is ridiculous! They don't care!
