Poor Service

The service is very poor, Bus was meant to depart Grahamstown 5 April @ 18:55 to Cape Town. At 20:30 no bus had arrived and no other passengers around waiting for a bus. E-mail was sent 5 April with all details only to receive a call Wednesday 9 April after follow up e-mails. Facebook messenger was used as well. They claim bus arrived at 20:40. Do you not communicate, nor take into consideration that area was not safe? Customer service not impressive at all. Not an option i would consider to book for someone again.
