Poor service

What a bad experience with this company I'm from Johannesburg midrand to matatiele the bus is a mess cold with a lot of wind through the Windows trust me everyone will be sick by tomorrow. Let alone I'm given the bus not to matatiele straight. I'm mad actually because when we book we said matatiele not Bizana nor flagstaff now agaìn I'll take another bus from kokstad to matatiele no maan poor service.
