Poor service.

Bus company with a terrible service. I used their bus the first time in October 2021 travelling from Johannesburg to Margate. Time of departure was delayed by 3 hours with no explanation or redress. Arrival time was 5 hours late. Today November 2021 Johannesburg to Bizana, it is a similar situation. The bus is stuck at Heidelburg apparently waiting for mechanic. I will never ever consider using this bus company again.
