Poor service

This is the worst bus ever. First of all, I could not even take a nap as the bus was just flying all the way. Secondly, we forgot a backpack that was in the shelves and immediately relayed the message to the customer care once we realised. They did not respond in time and told us that they would contact the driver then no response after that. Only the next day did they tell me that there was nothing on the bus. Now the question is ,doesn't the bus driver check for any lost and found when he has arrived at the final depot?
