Poor service

Horrible service on the 27/12/2024 from Durban to Johannesburg, the bus didn't have a toilet inside two people had running stomach they kept on asking the driver if he could stop so that they can go and poo outside the driver told them he can't just stop anywhere he kept on driving until one of those people poo on herself inside the bus Poor service 🥹🥹😠😠 The bus that is traveling long distance should have a toilet inside
